ChartsMeanCash LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates chartsmeancash.com and the ChartsMeanCash™ perpetual futures intelligence platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information: email address, password (hashed), and authentication provider data (Google or Apple) when you register.
• Payment information: billing details processed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers — Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS compliance.
• Communications: messages you send to support@chartsmeancash.com.
• Push notification tokens: device tokens generated when you enable push notifications.
• Webhook configuration: URLs you provide for auto-execution integrations (Vault Pro subscribers only).

We also collect information automatically when you use our services:

• Usage data: pages visited, signals viewed, dashboard interactions, and feature usage.
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and server logs collected by Vercel (our hosting provider).
• Cookies and local storage: session tokens and authentication state required for login.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and improve our platform and services.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
• Deliver trading signals, Vault Radar briefs, and platform notifications via email, push notification, and Telegram.
• Respond to your support requests and communications.
• Send transactional emails including signal alerts, trial reminders, and account notices.
• Monitor platform security, detect fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) for database storage with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled on all tables. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and signed authentication tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information using reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with the following third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe receives your billing information and payment method. Stripe Privacy Policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Supabase (supabase.com) — database infrastructure and authentication. Supabase stores your account data, subscription status, and platform activity on AWS servers in the United States.
• Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery. Resend receives your email address to deliver signal alerts, Vault Radar briefs, and account notifications.
• Vercel (vercel.com) — website hosting and serverless functions. Vercel processes server logs including IP addresses and request data.
• Upstash (upstash.com) — rate-limiting infrastructure; receives IP addresses on a per-request basis to enforce request limits.
• Telegram (telegram.org) — optional channel membership. If you join our free Telegram channel, your Telegram identity is governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy at telegram.org/privacy.
• Anthropic (anthropic.com) — AI-generated signal analysis and Vault Radar content. Anthropic receives market data inputs to generate plain-English analysis. No personally identifiable subscriber information is sent to Anthropic.

We also use the following market data providers for platform operation. These providers receive outbound data requests from our servers and do not receive your personal information:

• Kraken and Yahoo Finance — cryptocurrency and equity price data.
• Hyperliquid — perpetual futures funding rate data.
• Alternative.me — Fear & Greed Index sentiment data.
• Finnhub — earnings calendar data.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, subject to retention obligations required by law (such as billing records required for tax purposes). Stripe may retain payment records as required by applicable financial regulations.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

ChartsMeanCash LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. We share data only with service providers listed above who assist us in operating our platform, and only to the extent necessary to provide our services.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion: request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
• Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection: object to certain processing of your personal information.
• Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Categories of personal information we collect include: identifiers (email, IP address), commercial information (subscription and payment records), internet or network activity (usage data and logs), and inferences drawn from this information (subscription tier, signal preferences). We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined under CPRA.

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

ChartsMeanCash LLC is primarily a US-based service designed for US retail traders. We do not intentionally market to residents of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located in one of these regions and use our services, the following applies:

• Data Controller: ChartsMeanCash LLC, operating at chartsmeancash.com, is the data controller of your personal information.
• Legal Basis for Processing: we process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (to provide the services you requested), legitimate interests (platform security and improvement), and consent (for optional communications).

Perpetual futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for minors.
