By accessing or using ChartsMeanCash™ and Vault Protocol™ (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChartsMeanCash LLC.
ChartsMeanCash and Vault Protocol provide trading signals, market analysis, and educational content for informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. We are not a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor (CTA). Signal content is generated by an automated algorithmic system and does not constitute personalized investment recommendations.
You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made solely by you, at your own risk. Past performance of backtested or live signals does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical and simulated performance results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading outcomes.
Your account begins with a free Founding-member access period that runs through our first 25 closed live signals, up to August 15, 2026, whichever comes first. No payment method is required to begin, and you will not be charged during this period. When the Founding-member access period ends, you enter a 7-day grace period during which you may choose to subscribe to Vault Core at the locked Founding-member price of $29 per month. This $29 per month price is guaranteed for the lifetime of your continuous subscription and will not increase, even if the standard price of Vault Core changes. You will never be charged unless you actively choose to subscribe. If you choose not to subscribe during the grace period, your account reverts to free access with no charge, and you retain Founding-member status permanently — you may return and lock in the $29 per month Founding-member price at any time in the future.
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Promotional codes, where offered, provide a one-time discount on the first month’s subscription and cannot be combined with other offers.
Trading perpetual futures, leveraged instruments, cryptocurrencies, and equities involves substantial risk of loss. Leverage amplifies both gains and losses. You may lose your entire invested capital. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose entirely. You are solely responsible for understanding the risks of leveraged trading before using any signals from this Service.
ChartsMeanCash LLC is not responsible for any trading losses incurred by subscribers, regardless of whether those losses occur while following signals from this Service.
ChartsMeanCash™, Vault Protocol™, and all associated content, signals, methodology, software, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of ChartsMeanCash LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or reverse-engineer any content or methodology from this Service without express written permission.
The underlying signal methodology, indicator combinations, and detection logic are proprietary trade secrets. You agree not to attempt to identify, replicate, or disclose the proprietary methodology.

Vault Pro subscribers may connect their exchange accounts to third-party automation platforms (including but not limited to WunderTrading, Coinrule, 3Commas, and TradersPost) to enable automated signal execution. ChartsMeanCash LLC is not responsible for execution errors, delays, failures, or losses resulting from the use of any third-party automation platform. You are solely responsible for configuring, monitoring, and managing any connected automation platform and the trades it executes on your behalf.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChartsMeanCash LLC and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any trading decisions made based on content from the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that signals will be accurate, timely, or profitable. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST CHARTSMEANCASH LLC.
This arbitration provision does not prevent you from reporting issues to applicable regulatory agencies. Small claims court actions remain available where applicable.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email.
